Anna Lambiase has been involved in the financial industry for over 20 years. As Founder and CEO of IR Top, has worked with about 100 companies in the IPO process and valuation, industrial plans, strategic positioning, financial analysis, M&A and capital increases.
She has developed the Investor Relations profession in Italy. he is a lecturer at Academy, training center of Borsa Italiana LSE and in the ELITE program. Founder and CEO of VedoGreen, the branch specialized in financial solutions for green companies, is investor and promoter of the SPAC GreenItaly1, listed on AIM Italia. She is Board Member of listed companies bringing her experience in regulated markets. Between 1999-2001 she was CFO and Head of IR in Poligrafica San Faustino, listed on STAR Italian Market.
She is the author of numerous publications and articles on IR, IPO issues on AIM, company price sensitive information corporate governance, corporate disclosure, analysis and business valuations. Accountant with a master’s degree in finance from University of Pavia and a master’s degree at MIP, Politecnico di Milano, with experience in corporate finance and IPOs in international investment banks.
